Why 'Sunday Scraps'?
We, as scrapbook designers and store owners, have such busy lives that we often forget what inspired us to begin this journey ... creating pages that reflect our lives. We LOVE to create! Sunday Scraps is dedicated to those of us who want, and sometimes NEED to take a break. To just get back to taking that special photo, grabbing that kit we created or purchased and combine that idea we have for them and JUST SCRAP!

How Does it Work?
Each Sunday a guest hostess will post a new theme for that week. (one week travel, one week stars, one week party time, one week purple...you get the drift). Then we will have through the following Friday (midnight, EST) to post our page links to the blog. That's it! No pressure, no commitment to join in every week. (although that would be nice since that is the idea to get us scrapping) Join in at your leisure!

How Do I Participate?
It's EASY! A guest hostess' theme and her sample page for the week will be posted each Sunday. All you have to do is create a scrapbook page (digital, traditional or hybrid) then click on "comments & submissions" and post a link to your page by the following Friday (midnight, EST). It can be on your blog, on a website or in a gallery, DST or wherever you post your page. Then on Saturday the hostess will choose some pages to post on the Sunday Scraps blog! And on Sunday a new theme begins! That's it! So let's get scrapping!

Happy Sunday March 29th _ New Challenge

Since this is all about designers and really anyone to get inspired to do layouts. So I am making this one really easy! Find a photograph that you have always loved of a loved one and scrapbook it. I would love to see journaling but sometimes the photograph needs nothing but a few words. So that's is, just a layout that you will cherish forever and capture that memory in digital. Maker sure you post your layouts. See I told you it will be super easy.
Here is my layout for this week:
This is Luke, my step daughter's nephew that she is helpng to care for, he is one of the triples. Though he is not a family member really to my side of the family, he is very special to my step daughter Rachel and my husband John.

Happy Scrappin
